The final output is delivered through a private online gallery that remains active for a limited time, allowing you to download your images securely. Timelines and Processing

We respect the anticipation that comes with family photos. The initial selection gallery is typically available shortly after the session. Once you have made your final selections for retouching, the delivery of the finished images takes up to 10 working days. This timeframe allows our head of retouching to ensure every detail meets our studio's quality standards.

Please note that raw files are not provided as part of the standard package, as they represent unfinished work. The delivered JPEGs are the final, polished products of our artistic process.

What Is Not Included

To maintain transparency, it is important to note what is not covered by the standard Family Session: the cost of physical prints, canvases, or albums is not included, though we provide the high-resolution files necessary to order these from any professional lab. Hair and makeup services are not provided in-house, though our dressing room is available for your own preparations. Additionally, any sessions exceeding the agreed-upon time limit may incur additional hourly charges.

Pricing and Tax Structure

Our pricing is transparent and inclusive of all necessary studio overheads. In accordance with Alberta regulations, the prices listed include the 13% tax (VAT/GST equivalent). For our B2B clients or those requiring a breakdown, we provide the price excluding tax on our invoices. A deposit of 30% is required to secure your date in our calendar, ensuring that our studio time is dedicated exclusively to your family.
