What you receive upon booking

Your rental agreement grants you exclusive use of the studio's physical infrastructure. This includes the professional white cyclorama wall, which is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. You receive full access to the Profoto impulse and continuous lighting systems, including standard modifiers. The private dressing room is available for the duration of your stay. Furthermore, you receive a dedicated point of contact for technical assistance with the studio's built-in systems. Please note that while we provide the space and light, the creative direction and technical execution of the photography remain the responsibility of the renting party.

Timelines and Scheduling

We operate from Monday to Saturday. Bookings are typically confirmed within 24 hours of the initial request. We understand that creative projects can shift, which is why we allow for a free reschedule if the request is made at least 3 days prior to the session. This policy ensures that other photographers in Edmonton have a fair chance to utilize the space. For B2B clients with established accounts, payment terms are extended to 14 days, whereas private individuals settle the balance on the day of the shoot. What is NOT included

To maintain transparency, it is important to note what the basic rental does not cover. The rental fee does not include a professional photographer or a studio assistant; you are renting the space and equipment, not the labor. Post-production, color grading, and retouching are separate services. While we provide the lighting kit, specialized props, backgrounds other than the white cyclorama, and catering are the responsibility of the client. Additionally, any damage to the cyclorama wall (such as paint scuffs from heavy equipment) may result in a cleaning fee. Pricing and Tax Structure

Our pricing is designed to be transparent and competitive for the Edmonton market. The rates listed are based on a per-hour unit. In accordance with Canadian tax regulations, all prices are subject to a 13% tax (GST/PST). When booking, you will see the price excluding tax and the final total including tax. This ensures that business clients can accurately track their deductible expenses while private clients know exactly what they will pay. Payments can be made via electronic transfer or credit card. The 30% deposit is mandatory to lock in the date and is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within the 3-day window.
